We had a great time in Calgary over Easter. Leah travelled well (good thing given all the road trips we have coming up!) and the boys were relieved that the Easter Bunny got word in time that we were at Nonni and Nonno's! Here are a few pictures from our trip:
Pete finally caught up to me in age on April 19th. We spent the morning cheering him on at his hockey game and then had a great afternoon all playing at the park.
Ethan tried his hand at cake decorating for the first time and did a great job:

Pete's birthday coincided with Leah turning 5 months old (yowsers!). To celebrate the occasion, we offered her a "Mum mum" (baby cracker) at dinner. To our shock and amazement, she devoured it without leaving a single crum!!! That was a pretty good indication that it was time to start introducing solids, and we started her off with rice cereal a few days ago...
"Um, would someone be so kind as to put that Mum Mum in my mouth?"
"OK fine I'll do it myself!"
"Josh, I think there's some food coming!"
"Oh ya, now we're talking!"
Lots of big adventures on the horizon... a road trip to Colorado in May and a camping trip to Ontario in July/August! Stay tuned...
