We had 2 whole days to get unpacked and settled before the first day of school! Fortunately the kids are all thrilled with their teachers and have had a very easy adjustment back to the "real world". Leah is in the 4-year old preschool class with Mrs. Eager and Mrs. Duncan again. She attends Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings this year. Josh is now in Grade 1 and has Mme. Schultz (who was formerly Mlle. Guenther when she was Ethan's teacher 2 years ago). She's a wonderful teacher and a Zia-look-a-like, so we were pumped for Josh that he ended up with her. Ethan is now in Grade 3 (holy moly!) and his teacher's name is Mme. Fahlman. He knew her a bit from last year (she was one of the Skipping Club coaches and also co-ran some of his gym classes). She seems wonderful and Ethan has had nothing but rave reviews to date.
